Our program is open to all boys and girls ages 4 to 15. To play in fall 2025, a child must be born between 1/1/2010 and 12/31/2021.
Registration is for the AYSO Membership year: August 21, 2025- October 20, 2025. Registration fees cover the fall season, only. Other events such as tournaments and spring teams may be offered separately at the discretion of the Incline Village AYSO Board’s discretion.
The fall season starts in late August and runs through mid-October, with no activities fall break nor Labor Day weekend. The season may extend into early November at 10U and above for regional AYSO tournaments. 8U and below would generally have two activities (practice and/or game) per week while older divisions would expect 2-3. Most activities will occur weekdays after school or Saturdays; actual game schedules will not be determined until close to the season's start. Practice days and times will be at the discretion of coaches.
The Division (Age group) for a player is determined by the year he or she was born:

*Note about 16U:
Children in the 16U age group frequently already play on a high school soccer team. That frequently means no time for more recreational soccer, even if there is interest. About 14 players are needed to field a 16U team. If we have less players we won't have a team. Co-Ed teams are possible. Teams at this age group are also dependent on outside factors, such as whether nearby regions field teams.
Registration Fees:
$175: $150 for the season plus $25 National Fee.
Note: placement not guaranteed and players will be issued a refund if not placed on a team.
Scholarships:
Scholarships available. MUST be discussed in person with Regional Commissioner, Assistant Regional Commissioner, or CVPA.

What to Bring:
· AYSO is an all-volunteer organization; every parent or guardian is expected to volunteer for something. First-time volunteers must present proof of identity: a current Drivers License, passport, or similar picture ID.
· Proof of age is needed for first time players
REFUND POLICY:
Players withdrawing prior to July 15, 2025 will be issued a refund. After July 15, 2025 no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions may be granted at Incline Village AYSO discretion if regular play has not yet started and extenuating circumstances exist (eg a player is injured and unable to play, or player has moved out of the area).
